Structural Audit to issue Building Stability Certificate

The investigation of the structure has been made with an interdisciplinary approach. The knowledge of the structure has been utilized for defining stability of structure. The data collected from project department related to architectural drawings and structural drawings. All grids will be verified. The testing of structure will do with the help of following Non Destructive Tests wherever required.

• Rebound Hammer test for concrete compressive strength.
• Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test for homogeneity of concrete.
• Concrete Carbonation Test to verify depth of carbonation, if required.
